We are not a large company with mass produced items. Every project we take on is custom made and one- of-a-kind. Therefore, we schedule a limited amount of new clients each year. Do not delay in contacting us or you may miss the opportunity to work with us.

We’ll answer all of your questions. If you decide that we are a good fit and want to do business together, we’ll then book a time to begin your project.
Once you are on the schedule, design time is generally one week plus about three weeks for printing and production. Don’t delay in contacting us to book a time for your project to begin. We can sometimes rush a project for last minute needs but there is a 20% Premium Fee charged. It’s best to avoid the added expense and stress and contact us ASAP.
We require a deposit and then the design work will begin in earnest. We’ll email design concepts for you to go over. Your suggestions, revisions, critique are always encouraged. We’ll change the design, layout, color, font etc until you are absolutely thrilled. Concepts will be superimposed onto your photos so that you can see exactly how the finished menus, wall art, or windows will look in ‘real life’.
Once designs are finalized, we’ll need an email confirming that you approve the work for print. Delivery is generally ready in about 3 weeks from time you give us the ‘OKAY TO PRINT’ approval.
